FAQs & Common Issues

A: Yes. Renaming your workspace does not affect any active studies or tester links.
Q: Can I have more than one workspace?
A: No. Currently, each account is limited to one workspace. If you need to separate different projects, teams, or clients, you can organise your work within your single workspace using Projects. If your organisation strictly requires completely isolated environments, you will need to register a separate account using a different email address.
