Workspace Settings

Your workspace is the central hub for your team’s research in Peppermint. It is where all your studies, testers, and research outputs live. Within your workspace settings, you can personalise your environment and manage your team’s access.

  • You need an active Peppermint account with Owner or Admin access to change workspace settings.
  • Peppermint requires a valid business or educational email address. Generic email domains (such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com) are not supported.
  • One workspace per account — each organisation or individual contributor is limited to one workspace.
  • Email domain restrictions — team members can only be invited if they share the owner’s email domain.
  • No generic emails — all accounts must be created using a valid business or educational email address.
  1. Go to Settings in the navigation sidebar.

  • Update workspace name — Change how your workspace appears to teammates and in shared links.
  • Update logo — Upload a company logo or icon shown in shared reports and study prompts.
  • Delete account — Remove your personal account while leaving workspace data intact for the team.
  • Use your organisation’s official name as your workspace name — it appears in tester-facing study prompts in some cases.
  • Upload a logo that works on both light and dark backgrounds for the best appearance across shared reports.
  • Renaming your workspace does not affect any active studies or tester links.

Once your workspace is set up, you can invite teammates and manage who has access.

Q: Can I rename my workspace at any time?
A: Yes. Renaming your workspace does not affect any active studies or tester links.

Q: Can I have more than one workspace?
A: No. Currently, each account is limited to one workspace. If you need to separate different projects, teams, or clients, you can organise your work within your single workspace using Projects. If your organisation strictly requires completely isolated environments, you will need to register a separate account using a different email address.
